Happy Spring! Who else is eager for warmer weather and all the great things that come with it? 🙋We had our inaugural Life Hacks event last month, and it was awesome. Thank you to everyone who came out and a huge thank you to our amazing panel: Rebecca Hatcher, Joanna Goodman, and Jill Hicks. Mark your calendars: the next Life Hacks event is scheduled for Thursday, June 23rd.
This edition of The Spin includes some very exciting announcements, so make sure to read to the end!
HIGHTOWER SALES MEETING
I just got back from Kansas City for the Hightower Sales Meeting. I had a great time learning more about this awesome company and its incredible line of products.

We talked a lot about design and the future of work and workspaces. Those conversations were enlarged by a guest speaker from LinkedIn. He shared how they design their facilities to address the hybrid and evolving ways that people work today. He described their design philosophy as, “creating space to foster connection and engagement.”

Many of the projects we are working on underscore this approach—featuring collaborative workspaces and the furniture that supports them.
NEW SHOWROOM!
Speaking of creating space to foster connections, I am thrilled to share with you that I will be opening a showroom soon. It will be a space to meet, work, and connect. I am creating the space with products by SitOnIt, Three H, DARRAN, and Hightower.

As we get closer to completing the construction, I’ll share details here and on social media. I look forward to seeing you all there!

CHARITY DONATION
In my December issue of The Spin, I asked my readers what charities they support, pledging to choose one to make a donation. But after reading all your responses, I couldn’t pick just one! Instead, I decided to donate to all of them over the course of 2022.

This month's charity was suggested by Sam Kelly of Business Interiors. He recommended A4One Ministries in Titusville. Their after-school program provides kids from underserved communities a safe place to engage in community and athletics.
SOME PERSONAL NEWS
On a personal note, my daughter, Emily (pictured here with her husband Miller), is graduating from UAB medical school this spring and Match Day was Friday. I am very excited that she'll be performing her residency at UAB!
